This alcohol test detects the presence of alcohol in the body and breast milk. Simply immerse the tip of the test into breast milk for 10-15 seconds. Results can be read in just 2 minutes BUT we recommend waiting the full 5 minutes in order to get a fully accurate measurement and to confirm a negative result. Compare the colour of the test pad to the accompanying colour chart. Any colour change indicates that alcohol is present, with darker shades of blue indicating higher alcohol content.
